IT is hereby notified that it is the intention of this Board, with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Waimata River Special District, to raise an additional Loan of £800, under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for the purpose of completing the public work set forth in the proposal agreed to by a resolution of the Ratepayers of the said Special District at a Poll taken on the 21st day of March, 1592, and that the security to be pledged for the payment of Interest on the said additional Loan be a Special Rate, for the period of 26 years, of Three Farthings in the£ on the rateable value of the property comprised in the Special District. The amount to be set apart for paying off such Loan shall be £45 per annum. A MEETING of the Ratepayers of the above Special District, to consider the said pioposal, will be held at the office of the Board, on SATURDAY, December 10th, 1892, at 11 a.m. Hy. McKAY, Clerk. IT is hereby notified that it is the intention of this Board, with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Special District comprising Sections 1, 3, 4, and 5, Waimata South, and Sections 1 and 3, Waimata East, being a part of the Waimata Road District, to raise a Loan of £800, in terms of " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886." The work to be undertaken is the construction of a Dray Road from the head of the Pouawa Valley, for a distance of 3 miles and 12 chains. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £800, and it is proposed that the cost of raising the Loan, and Interest for One Year during construction of the work, shall be paid out of money to be borrowed. The security to be pledged shall be a Special Rate, for the period of 26 years, of One Penny in the £ on the rateable value of the property comprised in the Special District, to be known as the Waimata South Special District. The amount to be set apart for paying off such Loan shall be £45 per annum.
