CONDITIONS : I No person shall be allowed to start a horse in any race.other than the Hack Race, unless he be a subscriber of a least 1 soy. to the race fund. 2. All protests to be lodged with the Secrotary in writing, within fifteen minutes after the race, accompanied by a deposit of 2 soys., which will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. 3.
