CONDITIONS. All events of the Mooting to be open to District Horses only. " District" means that portion of the East .Coast lying between the Waiomoko and the Wharekahika rivers. "District Horse" means any horse absolutely owned in the district for three months prior to, and exclusive of, the day of the Meeting. Entries will be received only upon the understanding that the decision of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, will be final. The racing will be conducted in accordance with the rules of racing in force in the Auckland Provincial District. All Entries must be under sealed cover, and be in the hands of the Secretary by 8 p.m. on the Bth March, and must contain fees,- description, and age of horse, and colors, and must be marked " Entry Tologa District Races," and addressed "The Secretary Tologa District Race Meeting, Post Office, Tologa liay."
