Revolution at Rio de Janiero.
[Per Press Association.— Copyright.] (Received November IS, 12.10 p.m.) Rio i>e Janieko, Nov. 10. A revolution has broken out here, and Emperor Don Pedro has been deposed. The Presidency of the. Government has been assumed by Field-Marshall Da Foresca, who has guaranteed the safety of the Imperial family. An attempt was made to assassinate Senator La Viera Da Silska, Minister of Marine. The movement is being supported by the army. (Received November 18, 12.30 p.m.) Nov. 18. Da Foresca, who assumed the Presidency of the Government, has issued a manifesto abolishing monarchial government, and declaring that in taking this step he is assured of the support of the various provinces. The population are quiet, being in favor of the new Government, of which a list of Ministers has been published.
