MARY KYLE COMMITTED T< ) TRIAL Navieu, to-day. At the adjourned inquest on the body of the new-born child of Mary Kylu a verdict equivalent to manslaughter was returned. Kyle was therefore committed to trial. In the course of the enquiry one witness said " Mrs Kyle told me the father of the child was a constable." She was stopped, before tho name was mentioned. At a Liter stage Inspector Kiely asked that witness should be asked to state the name so that the stigma should not rest on the whole of the police force, but counsel for Mrs Kyle objected, and the Coroner held it was not relevant to the enquiry.
