On resuming yesterday morning, the Com misaioner said as Mr Jones had declined going on with his charges further, they would direct that the name 3of the others who had communication with them be called. Thiwas done, but there was no appearance <») anyone. The Commissioners then intimated that, as there was no business before them the proceedings were closed.
