SAMOAN TROUBLE.
Bkrlin, Jan. 21. The Nordcntsche Zietung says no treaties exist between Germany and the United States with reference to the independence of Samoa. Still, Germany will treat with respect the right of the other Powers in Samoa based upon existing treaties.
