London, Jan. 24. Consols have fallen $— to 100|. The market rate of discount is 3j-, or 1J below the bank rate. Colonial Government securities are unchanged. Adelaide wheat is at 38s, Adelaide flour 27s ; New Zealand wheat — lower qualities 355, best qualities 38s. Melbourne, to-day. The manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand reports of the local market : — Wheat is at 3s lOd to 3s lid, prices being fairly maintained ; barley is steady at 3s 9d to 4s 3d. There is no material change in oats, feed oats, if anything, being slightly weaker at 2s 9d to 3s. The demand for milling sorts is very irregular at 3a to 3s Id ; New Zealand oats, under bond, are slow of sale at 2s Id to 2s 3d.
