ARRIVAL OF THE 'FRISCO MAIL.
Auckland, to-day. The R.M.S. Mariposa (Uapt. Heywood) arrived at 5.19 a.m. today with the inward San Francisco mails. She left San Francisco at 11 p.m. on Nov. 22, having been detained there two days by the snow blockading the Central Pacific Railway. She left Honolulu on the 30th at 8 a.m., and Tutuila on Dec. 7at 6 a.m. The following are saloon passengers for N.Z. : — Messrs Jas. Mills, York, Mears, Jeffries, Nojles, Calderß, Bates and wife and children, Fletcher, Coombe and wife, Ballingal, Brown and wife, Whitson, and Honeymer ; Drs. Pratt, and Havett and wife ; Miss Brownlaw ; Mesdames Fletcher, and Kpyle and four children.
