London, Dec. 6. The Government of Victoria have as,ked the Prince and Princess of Wales to visit the Melbourne International Exhibition. Sir Graham Berry writing to the Press on the subject of the Exhibition, states that it will probably foreshadow a closer union between New South Wales and Victoria than has hitherto existed. Dec. 7.
