LONDON", November 12. The cargo of 6,000 carcases of mutton, brought by the ship Ly-tleton from Port Chalmers (August 20), arrived in splendid condition. The first portion placed on the market to-day realised 6^ per lb. Services in celebration of the fourth centenary of Martin Luther have been held generally throughout England to-day. ALEXANDRIA, Nov. 12. The withdrawal of the troops from Egypt will be completed during the present month. It has been decided that only three English regiments shall remain in the country, and they will act as a garrison for this city. NEW YORK, Nov. 12. The Lutherian Quadri-Centenary has been celebrated generally throughout the Uuited States by services in the various churches.
