(from our own correspondent. ) MELBOURNE. Friday, Mr. Service's Reform Bill was rejected in the Assembly last night by 43 to 41. The Cabinet Council was held to-day, at which it was decided to ask for a dissolution. Mr. Service had an interview with the Governor on the subject, who will give his reply to-raorrow.
