INFECTED SHEEP.
[To the Editor of Hie Herald.] Sir, — Would you be 'kind enough to let the public know, why the Inspector does not carry out the 19th Clause of the 1878 Sheep Act, viz : " There slwll be published once m every three months m one or more newspapers within the district, and m the Gazettee a test certified by the Inspector of all runs on which there are at that time any infected sheep (scab or lice), and of the particular flock or flocks which are so infected. — lam&c, WHATATIJfOKO.
