NAPIER.
This Day. At the R.M. Court on Saturday, Koderick Hugh McLennan was committed for trial on a charge of murdering his wife by poison. The hearof the charge occupied the Court nearly the whole of last week. A considerable number of carpenters and other artisans are out of employment here, and m some instances, where employers keep the men on they are put on half-time.
