FINES AT PALMERSTON NORTH. ”1 think those dogs ought not to be allowed in town at all,” said Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., when hearing two charges against owners of Alsatian dogs which bit people. Both owners were fined. In one case the dog was ordered to be destroy’d, and in the other the owner said he had already destroyed the dog.
