A meeting of the Waverley Footbvl Club was held in tha Clarendon hotel on Wednesday evening, Mr G, Lupton being votnd to the chair. The secretary, Mr P. Syines, stated that the m'etir.g had baen cal'ed to conaidar what 9tfps should ba taken as regards the wind-up of football for the season. Some of the members thought a sport's meeting should be held, others a smoke concert and the majority seamod iu favour of a danca.
