The Rev D. C. Bates wired as follows— The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but mcfFsrate to strong westerly winds prevailing, and backing by west to north and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy Weather, with increasiug haza and cloudiness for an unfavourable change in the weather in the beginning of the week. Barometer little movement but falling after about hours, Tides moderate, sea con. sidtrable,
