Annual Meeting. hollowing is a copy of the annual report to bo submitted at tlio unminl meeting : In submitting tlio balance sheet for tlio show held on March 17tb, 1910, your committee have to congratulate members on tlio success of (tie gathering. Tlio gate receipts and entrance foes show a decided improvement, and the membership roll' has greatly increased, The fudging all through gave general satisfaction, and the Committee wish to record their appreciation of the services rendered to the Association by those ladies and gentlemen who so kindly con(rented to act. While fully recognising the merits of the judges of other claas-s, n special tiibute is duo to the judge of the horse competitions, Mr H. Gillies, The qualify of the exhibits in the stock classes allowed a marked improvement on (he previous } ear, The horses were in splendid condition and the standard of tlio jumping was pronounced by the judge to bo equal to anything he had seen at the larger shows. Mr Graham has given notice of the follow motion to be put to tlio annual
meeting; " That tho Annual Meeting of the Association bo held in the month of Juno."
The balance sheet shows a balance of £64 12s 9d cash in hand. Amounts outstanding include special prizes £7 Cs fid, members' subs. £24, and entrance fees £7 13s, the total assets being £lO3 lis 9d. Liabilities are £lO 10s, leaving a total bdance of £93 Is 9d,
