Fraudulent Directors.
London, September 29. Robert Harding Milward, a leading solicitor in Birmingham, has been arrested on charge of largo misappropriations of trust funds. Berlin Septemher29. Herren Doehm and Henuinger, directors of the Rheiuau Macheim Chemical Company, of Germany, have been arrested on a charge of having falsified their books so as to conceal gradual business losses, absorbing the entire capital of £125,000.
