MESSRS FREEMAN R. JACKSON AND CO.’S JOHNSONVILLE STOCK REPORT. J OIINSONVILLE, May 30. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report as to their Johnsonvillo stock sale : Cattle in average supply sold freely throughout. The quality was somewhat irregular, hut prices were firm at from 10s to 17s for prime beef, and 15s inferior quality. Heifers met with spirited competition, making 16s the lOOlbs. Fat sheep were in full supply, hut last week’s prices were veil maintained. A good yarding of pigs mot with good competition, the baconers being of first-class quality, and the stores very inferior. Quotations : Cattle—Prime bullocks £6 losto £7 10s, others £5 10s to £6 10s. Sheep —Best wethers 16s lid, others 14s to los, ewes 12s 6d to 14s Id, halffatted ewes 9s 3d.

Figs—Baconers £2 7s to £2 12s, porkers 325, rough stores 11s to 225, small pigs 3s 6d to 8s 6d.
