A DISTRUCTIVE FIRE.
Halifax, Oct, IS. Windsor, a seaport town in Nova Scotia has been destroyed by fire. The banks, churches and houses arc in ruins. Practically the whole of the population of 3000 is homeless, A supply of tents and provisions have been despatched from here.
