NATIVE SCHOOL AT LITTLE TARANAKI.
The Rev Mr Hammond has handed to us a letter received by W. Ngapaki from the Education Depavtm3nt, relative to the establishment of a school at Little Taranaki. The letter is as follows; — “ I am pleased to be able to tell you that the Public Trustee agrees to a way by which the land you offer may be taken as a school site. Steps will bo taken to acquire it, and to establish a school as soon as possible.—Your obedt. servant, W. J. H/bens.
