Loxdox, A pril 28, Two of the sheep on board the EanlT.shire died ou the voyage Home. The others wore landed in good condition, and will be put on grass before being slaughtered. A portion of the shipment will probably be sold alive at Islington. The Customs authorities have put a stop to the landing of the Banffshire’s sheep pending jthe receipt of instructions from the Board of Agriculture. This action was taken in consequence of the vessel having touched at Las Palmas. MiCLiiOUIiNE, April 29. With the view of testing the Japanese market, Mr Taverner, Minister of Public Works, is arranging to send a trial ship' mont of live stock and fruit. Loxdox, April 29. During the lust two years the American live cattle supply has decreased by a quarter of a million bead, and it is expected that there will be a rapid decline in shipments during the next six months.
