CHARGE AGAINST LORD MANDEVILLE.
London, May 17. The informant who laid tho charge ■ against Lord Maiuleviile, son of the Duke of A 1 anchesu.-r. for obtaining . a sum of £IBSO by means of false pretences, refuses to oiler any evidence in the case, but tho Magistrate who heard the preliminary charge insists, ou the case being proceeded with, and has instructed the Public Lhjsecutor to take action.
