Same v P H Butler. —Claim 13s 4d. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs Iss. J Benne't vKinsell.— Claim £3 10s, value of a watch sold, Mr Hamerton appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Knight for defendant. After evidence had been taken, judgment was given for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs 15s. T Read y Schmidt.— Claim £7 2s, saddlery account. Mr Hamerton appeared for plaintiff.
