THE TAILORING DEPARTMENT Is a comparatively new branch in the extended business operations of Victoria House, and as P. Bell contemplates issuing special circular for this department, he would only say that he has been exceedingly fortunate in securing the sendees of a first-class cutter, who comes here with unexceptional references, after eighteen years’ experience in some of the best West End London Houses. THEMEN’S CLOTHING DEPARTMENT Has P. Bell’s personal attention, and as the clothing, specially made for the Victoria House, is now so widely known, it is scarcely necessary to say that for fit; style, and workmanship, P; Bell’s Clothing is equal, if not superior, to bespoke garments generally.
