INDUSTRIAL TARGETS PLASTERED. wired Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 4. R.A.F. bombers again struck at Germany last night when industrial targets in the Ruhr were plastered. The German radio admits tlia,t large fires were started. Three of our bombers are missing. Nearly 300 fighters, including English, New Zealand, Canadian, Czech, Norwegian and Polish squadrons, participated in a large-scale offensive yesterday over Belgium and Franco from Brest to Bruges between 10.30 a.m. and 4 p.m., while American heavy bombers attacked the docks at St. Nazaire. The American bombers attacked in good weather and bursts were seen -on the target while fires were started. Seven bombers are missing.
