MOTOR CARS COLLIDE

NORTH ROAD ACCIDENT. Shortly after midnight on Saturday, a light Ford car driven by Mr B. Draper proceeding north collided violently with an Austin car driven in the opposite direction by Mr Gordon near Mr R. L. Parker’* dairy on the North Road. Both cars were damaged very considerably and the occupants of the smaller car, Messrs Gordon, Littier and Jones although suffering from bad cut* and abrasions were fortunate to escape without serious injury. They received medical attention and later proceeded to their homes. Mr Draper suffered some injury to '!*•» knee and head and Mrs Draper received slight concussion and shock, while Miss Draper’s ankle was badly sprained.
