GARAGE BURGLED
MOTOR-CAR AND £IOO WORTH OF TOOLS STOLEN. Electric Telegraph—Pi ess Association HASTINGS. February 15. Some time during last night or in the early hours of this morning ?he garage of the Tourist Motor Co. in Market street. Hastings, was broken into arid a motor-car and a quantity of mechanics’ tools were stolen. The first knowledge of the burglary was gained when the garage was opened at tne usual hour this morning and evidence of the building having been unlawfully entered was found. stock it was found that a 25 horsepower VauxhaJl car and about £IOO worth of tools were missing
So far ueither the <ar nor the tools have been recovered. The ear, which is painted grey, carried a registered number of 73-408 The police are carrying out investigations.
