KINGSFORD SMITH'S ESTATE
LEAVE TO DISTRIBUTE GRANT. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 14. The Probate Court to-day granted leave to distribute the £12,874 estate of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed to his widow who is now Mrs Mary Tully, of Toorak, Victoria, and who some time ago obtained leave to swear her husband’s death of his ill-fated flight from England to Australia in November, 1935.
