Forecast: Moderate to strong northwest winds backing soon tc southeast. Weather: Fair to fine at first in eastern districts but otherwise mainly cloudy to overcast and some showers or drizzling rain probable. Temperatures cooler. Sea rough in Straits otherwise moderate to rather rough.
