DAIRY PRICE FIXATION DECISION OF THE N.D.A. Electric Telegraph—Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. There was considerable diversity of opinion, mainly regarding the constitution of the tribunal, how the representatives <>f the industry were to L*e selected, and who should have the appointment of the Supreme Court Judge as chairman of the tribunalAn argument occurred on the question whether the tribunal should have power definitely to fix the price or merely to recommend a fair and reasonable price to the Government, leaving the responsibility ol fixing the price to the Government The latter course was unanimously agreed Ho.
