General situation: Pressure is still low over N.Z. especially in the south the last of the present series of westerly depressions is now however passing and there has been a rapid rise oiT pressure over south-eastern Australia. Forecast: Moderate tc strong southerly flurm g to-night, weather changeable with occasional rain later becoming heavy in places, temperatures cold to-mor-row and some snow on (he ranges. Seas rather rough and rising to-night.
