CASES AGAINST ANGLERS. Electric Telegraph*—Press Association AUCKLAND. August 27. A reserved decision was giwn today by Mr O R On-Wa&er. SM dismissing informations against eight Auckland anglers. The informations were that. b\ fishing for trout in Lake Rc-toaira. in the Tau|>o district, they infringed the regulations for the reservation of fishing in that lake and the special benefit conferred on members of the Ngati-Tuu Laretoa tribe. The regulation was declared ultra vires and void.
