BANKS THREAT TO WITHDRAW United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. TORONTO. August 24. Mr C. H. Carlisle, president of the Dominion Bank. has recommended the bank's withdrawal from th*' prx»vinoe ol Alberta if the debt moiatorium is enacted. He warned Air Aberhart that the withdrawal would mean that the province would be likely to ho unable to obtain banking seivice within or without, the Dominion.
