SURROUND MURDER CHARGE. (Received 12.20 p.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrrght. SYDNEY, This Day. After an inquiry by the city coroner into the death of William Thomas (who was suffering from an incurable disease) his widow Mary Cecilia Thomas was committed for trial and charged with murder. In a. statement alleged to have been made by : her to the police Mrs Thomas said at the request of her invalid husband who pleaded to lie put out of his (lain, she shot him.
