FOREIGN ATTENDANCE DISAPPOINTS. (Received 12.15 p.m.) United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph—Oopvright. BERLIN. Sept. 28. The number of foreigners attending the Olympiad was disappointing, according to a municipal return disclosing that there wore 39.579 foreigners in hotels and boarding houses in August, as compared with 23.695 in August 1935. German visitors totalled 125.980. an increase of 23.970.
