The diplomatic correspondent of the Morning Post says that it is now revealed that territories to which l Hon. .Pirow referred as possible tc cede to Germany include Togo!and, the C'amaroons and Portuguese Angola. Unless tlio Government plainly indicates that the- “influential circles” to whom Hon. Pirow is alleged to have favoured the cession, were nos ministerial, a large group of Commoners will demand a full Government statement at the Foreign Affairs debate a fortnight lienee
