ITALY’S OIL STOCKS.
EMBARGO WILL BE EFFECTIVE. (Received 1.30 p.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copvri girt. GENEVA. February 11. The Oil Committee estimates that Italy’s oil stocks are sufficient for only 2b months. As America furnished only six per cent, of Italy’s imports from 1931-34 they consider that a mere restriction of the United States' supplies wall suffice to enable the League to impose an effective embargo.
