Ilif All Black Varsity team defeated the combined Western Univi rsitios by 23 to S in a fast open game at Hanazono. Stave, Wild, Gillies and AT. Auliffe scored, while Trickleband, whose kicking was a feature of the game, converted all. the tries and kicked a penalty. The team was superior in all departments though they committed a number of inlringements. Ihe visitors are now spending a quiet time seeing the sights ot Nara and Kyoto before the final Test next Sunday. 1 hey are enjoying the quiet and beautiful surroundings ot the after a heavy but delightful programme in Tokio.
