HEARING FURTHER ADJOURNED.
Electric Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE, This Day The ease in which Henry Martin, Inspector of Police, was charged on private information with indecent exposure, was again mentioned in court this morning when the Magistrate intimated that as no reply had keen received to hjs report to the Justice Department he would further adjourn the matter for a fortnight.
When the case last came before the court, counsel for informant, alleging that h.is witnesses had been interfered with under instructions from, the Police Department-, applied for leave to withdraw the charge, but the Magistrate, in view of the serious allegations made, refused to adopt this course.
