N.Z. VARSITY TOURISTS.

ANOTHER WIN IN JAPAN. United Press Assn.—By Electric Teleg r a ph—Copyright. TOKIO, February 6. The All Black ’varsity Rugby team defeated Waseda University by 22 to 17. The game was postponed from yesterday due to a tall of 16 inches of snow, which was a record for fifty years. The ground was cleared but was heavy.

The team played well* despite the difficulty in fielding a back team. It is anticipated most of the 4 players will be available for the first Test on Sunday. The team scored six tries and Waseda three. Jones, Watt, Thomas, Laney, McAulifi’e and Wilson scored and Bush converted two.

The players are receiving the greatest hospitality from the Japanese people and having a most interesting time seeing historic spots and industrial features besides various forms of amusements.
