RE-BUILDING TO BE DONE. Exceptionally good entries are coming to band for the Pahiatua Show, to be held on Friday, February 14th. and the indications for a highlv success ill gathering are decidedly encouraging. Flic committee met yesterday afternoon, and matters were advanced a further stage towards final. ty. The publican’s booth on the showgrounds, which was practically wn eked by the recent gaie, is to be re-built-. while the Bush Rugby Union has intimated its intention of roofing the grandstand in readiness for Show day.
The sheep for the dog trial have been procured, and the rehabilitation of the cattle yards is to be left in the hands of the “working bee.” which is to meet on the Showgrounds on Wednesday morning. A number of prominent officials of th<* A ssoc-iii t i<-n, including the president (M" F. E. Ward) and the secretary (Mr 4. A. Walsh) will attend the Woodvilie Show on Friday to receive* entries for the Pahiatua fixture. No entries can he accepted after Saturday evening next.
