Mr C. McCardlo left to.clav on a business trip to Wellington.
Miss Mary Gunn has returned from a, holiday in Wellington. Mr and Mrs T. Burr and family have returned from a camping tour of Taranaki. Mr and Mrs A. A. Vaughan left Pr.hia.tua this 'morning on an extended motor tear of tin; north. Mr Hurry (Inver of the staff of the Bank oi X.S.W.. is back again alter :i holiday spent in Auckland and Whang;: rei. Mr 11. E. Boue who lias been an inmate of the Pahiatua Hospital for some weeks is now home convalescing. Mr and Mrs Daly, of Wellington, wlio are on their honeymoon, spent the week-end with Mr and Mrs M. Goodwin, Tyndall Street. Miss Tama Rundell, of Tauranga, is spending a holiday at Mangatainoka and is the guest ol her grandmother, Mrs Rundell. Mrs Gordon J. Gregory, of Gisborne, and. her small, sou. who have been staying with her parents, Mr and Mrs J. A. Walsh, for the past •six weeks, left by train for Napier to-day and thence by plane to Gisborne this evening.
