REVOLTING COMMUNISTS.
CAUSE TROUBLE IN CHINA

A Communist revolt is reported to have broken out in South Hopei, and small detachments of Chinese troops are endeavouring to suppress the disaffection which is spreading to the neighbouring provinces ot Honan and Shantung, where flood victims are supporting the Communists.
English and American nationals have been advised to evacuate Kweivang, the capital of Kweichow province. where martial law was proclaimed, owing to the advance of Communist troops, who are fiercely attacking Lungli, some fourteen miles from the capital, and causing the Government forces to fall back.
