Tlio Times’ Peking correspondent says fighting occurred near here today in the vicinity of the Ming tombs, between Sungchehyuan's troops and marauders believed to be stragglers from a bandit force under the notorious Loukweitang, who recently looted liis way down the western border of Hopei into northern Honan after ravaging part of the demilitarised zone.
