FATHER CASHMAN’S TRIBUTE.:
MASS AT ST. BRIGHTS. Father G'.shman made reference to the death of King George V. during Mass at St. Brigjd’s Church yesterday- morning. In the course of his address Father Gashmau referred to the late King as a constitutional monarch, and said lie. 1 rarely interfered with the legislature of the country, and when he did it was for the good of the people. As a. King he would ever be remembered and loved for the manner in wl ieh he fulfilled the high duties of his office and as a King he gave an excellent example to everyone within and without the Empire. Father Cash man also pointed out that the late King would also be looked up to as an example of what a husband and father should be. THANKSGIVING MASS; TOMORROW. There will be a celebration of Mass at St. Brigid’s Church to-morrow morning as a. thanksgiving for the favours received during the reign of King George V. and for the purpose of asking for a continuation of these favours during the reign of his son King Edward XIII.
