United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. CAPETOWN, January 24. Mr Malan and members of the small Nationalist Opposition quietly rose and left the chamber when Premier Hertzocr moved a motion of congratulation and loyalty to King Edward VIII. It was pointed that Malan had previously seconded a motion of sympathy to his Majesty, but felt bound to leave the chamber when the loyalty issue was raised as he is an avoweu Republican.
