DAZZLING HOCKEY.
INDIANS BEAT HOROWHENUA. Electric Telegraph—Press Association OTAKI Last Night. Revealing a high standard of play the All-India hockey team delighted a large crowd and defeated Horowhenua by 16 goals to nil. Perfect understanding, particularly iu the forward line. and almost uncanny stick work were the outstanding features of the visitors’ display. Brilliant play was witnessed throughout. Dhyan Chand scored eight goals, Rup Singh seven, and Davidson one.
