At the Kensington races, Sydney, yesterday LiniboMn was unplaced in first division of tlie Flying Handicap and Prince Pombal was unplaced ill the second division. Keith Voitre rode two winners at the Ascot races Melbourne, yesterday.
Owing to then* being insufficient members present to form n quorum, the monthly meeting at the Woodville School committee, which was to have been held on Monday eveuing, lapsed. Those present were the chairman (Mr P R. Johnston), secretary (Alt* A. M. Pickering). Messrs H. Pilcher and R. Peebles and the headmaster (Mr G. W Slane).
